Match Days – Jaguars WBC

Home games are played at Magnus on Saturdays.

Everyone is welcome to attend

Games last approximately 90 minutes – 4 x 10 minutes quarters

The rules are the same as the running game with 5 players on court, 24 seconds to make a shot, 8 seconds to get it over the halfway line, 3 seconds in the key. No double dribbles, you are able to take 2 pushes and then you must bounce the ball, pass or shot. The baskets are the same height 3m (10ft) as well as all the court markings including the free-throw line and three point arch.

We play to points so 14.5 points to field 5 players. Non-disabled players are 5 points and those with limited mobility/balance are 1 point. For more information click here. Playing a female adds 1.5 to the maximum, and juniors add 1.0 point to an overall maximum addition of 2.5 (so 17 points).

Players can get a maximum of 4 fouls and are out on their 5^th foul.
